Oversight & Evaluation

In order to oversee and review the progress of your project, the Foundation will require submissions of periodic financial reports accounting for the use of grant funds and program reports describing the implementation of the project and evaluating its success in terms of meeting its stated objectives and outcomes.

As a condition to making any grant, the Foundation may discontinue, modify or withhold any funds of a grant award if these funds are not used solely for the purposes stated in a grant proposal as approved or the grantee fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the grant.

2012 Application Deadlines

The foundation has various application deadlines dependent on the amount of grant funding solicited:

• January 15: Grant Applications exceeding $1 million
  
• March 15: Grant Applications between $100,000 and $1 million
  
• June 15: Grant Applications under $100,000
  
• October 15: Grant Renewal Applications

November 30: Fiscal Year End
